A FEW WORDS ABOUT PHIL

Phil started his career at KPMG Corporate Finance providing project finance modelling across several sercors including PFI waste and renewable energy

Whilst at QinetiQ and Serco, Phil has supported 50+ bids over 10 years and also been involved in M&A valuations, strategic country/sector analysis, budget/forecasting and also gained experience as a management accountant

Phil is experienced in client negotiation, payment mechanism design and evaluation and KPI/risk modelling

He has also implemented Best Practice financial modelling standards at both companies including build and implementation of template models, governance policy and staff training
